Just up the street from the Strand near City Hall, this Walk Street home was a welcomed blend of indoor/outdoor living. With Front and Back Patios showcasing ocean views and sliding glass doors that open completely, the entire top floor Kitchen, Living, and Dining Areas blend into one open floorplan to maximize the view.
Our Scope included 3 Floors of cabinetry and millwork, including a basement wet bar, Laundry room, and 2 Guest Rooms and Baths, to a second floor Master Suite with Bedroom, Bathroom, Walk In Closet, and Music Room. The top floor included a Powder Bath, Living Room Wall Paneling and Alcove Cabinetry, Kitchen, Dining Nook, and Outdoor BBQ Cabinetry.
